When you buy a digital product, the store collects the contact, billing, and order information needed to process your purchase and provide your download. This includes your email address, the products ordered, and payment status. If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message. Please do not email payment-card numbers or passwords.

The newsletter form collects your email address and subscription choice. Newsletter signups are transferred to ActiveCampaign, which we use to manage subscriptions and send WAYPOINT news, releases, and offers. Signing up is optional. You can unsubscribe using a marketing email’s unsubscribe link or by contacting info@waypoint-rpg.com. Order and support messages are separate from newsletters.

We use information to fulfill orders, provide download and customer support, manage newsletter subscriptions, maintain transaction records, protect the site, and respond to privacy requests.

Wix provides the website, store, and form services. Payments are handled through Wix Payments and the payment services used at checkout, currently including cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. These services process the information needed to authorize and complete your payment. WAYPOINT receives order and payment-status information to manage the purchase. ActiveCampaign processes newsletter subscription information on our behalf.

Wix uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the site, maintain sessions, and support store functions. Technical information can include IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and activity on the site. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings; restricting cookies may affect site functions.

We use service providers for these functions and may disclose information when required by law or to address fraud, disputes, or security incidents.

We retain order and support records for as long as needed to provide service, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Newsletter information is retained while the subscription remains active; a record of an unsubscribe request may be retained to respect that choice.
