Receiving your files
WAYPOINT Folio LLC’s current website store sells digital downloads. These products do not include a printed book or a parcel shipment, and no physical shipping charge applies to them.
After payment is confirmed, Wix makes the download link available on the order confirmation page and sends it to the email address used at checkout. If payment is delayed, delivery waits until payment is confirmed.
Download links sent by Wix are active for 30 days. Save your files to a device you control. If a link expires, email info@waypoint-rpg.com with your order number and checkout email address so we can help restore access to your purchase.
Download help
The current adventure bundles are ZIP archives. Allow enough storage space to download and extract the archive, and use a PDF reader for the included books. Bundle contents and file formats are described on each product page.
Check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the order used the correct email address. For a missing email, expired link, incomplete download, or damaged file, contact info@waypoint-rpg.com. Include your order number and a description of the problem. Our Refund Policy explains the remedies for unresolved problems.
Physical products and other sales channels
The current website catalog does not sell physical editions. Any physical products offered in the future will have their delivery areas, charges, and fulfillment estimates stated before purchase. Crowdfunding rewards and purchases from other retailers follow the delivery arrangements provided with those orders.
